Application
Our research for differences in light bulbs and their efficiency will help benefit our society in many different ways. It will acknowledge people more about the invention they use everyday in their daily lives. By giving more information to them on this topic, they can use the light bulb that is more greener for the environment. Not only will it help the earth, it can also benefit each person individually by getting the one that works more efficiently, have better quality, and costs less for them in electricity bills and just buying the actual light bulb itself. Society can feel more better if they know which light bulb is more cost/energy efficient to buy, and it would also help contribute to a greener and better environment.
Another reason this research can help better our world is that part of our research is seeing if we can make an even more efficient light bulb then LED, the most efficient one today. If we had found the solution, it would have come with a number of benefits. By trying to find a way to making a light bulb that generates more light than heat, there will be more light for people to use longer. It will then decrease the electricity cost to use it, while still giving them more light. Furthermore, less light bulbs being burned out by heat, the less electricity being used. Humans are always trying to find a way to use less electricity, so researching into this can also benefit the earth and environment too. There will be less light bulbs being made and thrown out in our landfill as well, so pollution can also be decreased and resources won’t be used up too fast.
Although we couldn’t find a way, we would teach others what kind of lights are already made and their process to making it successful. This research will bring knowledge to people for what it has done, and its efficiency to society.
